Home Care Service Billing Policy

Monthly service fees are invoiced in advance for the upcoming month. No partial refunds will be issued for mid-month cancellations. If payment is not received by the 5th of the month, it will be considered a request to terminate service, and a termination confirmation email will be sent.

1. Duration:

Advertising placement will remain active for the selected period of time. Current choices are three (3) months, six (6) months, and twelve (12) months.

2. Payment:

Full payment is required before the advertisement is published. Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Non-Refundable:

All advertising fees are non-refundable once the advertisement is live.

4. Ad Content:

Advertisers are responsible for providing business descriptions, logos, and contact details. Minor edits may be made for formatting consistency or clarity.

5. Revisions:

One complimentary update to the advertisement is included during the term. Additional revisions may be subject to a small service fee.

6. Placement Guarantee:

Advertisements will appear on the designated website(s); however, exact placement or positioning on the page may vary at the discretion of the site administrator.

7. Renewal:

Advertisers will be notified prior to the expiration of the advertising term and may choose to renew their placement at that time.

8. Termination:

Any advertisement found to violate community standards, contain false or misleading information, or promote illegal activity may be removed immediately without refund.

Advertising placement is valid for six (6) months from the date the listing goes live. If the property is removed from the market before the end of this period, the advertising will end on that date.

2. Payment:

Full payment is required prior to ad placement. Submission of payment signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Non-Refundable:

All advertising fees are non-refundable once the advertisement is published.

4. Ad Content:

Client is responsible for providing the HTML code or display content (such as MLS/IDX code) for the advertisement.

5. Revisions:

One complimentary update to the ad content is included during the six-month term. Additional revisions may be subject to a nominal fee.

6. Placement Guarantee:

Ads will appear on the agreed-upon website(s). However, the specific placement or position of the ad on the page may vary at the discretion of the site administrator.

7. Renewal:

Clients will receive a notification prior to the end of the advertising term with the option to renew their placement.
